Frustation is a common thing. We all experience it from time to time. A great way to let out frustration is with a sigh. A long sigh.
Frustration can be caused by many things such as, personal problems, social, work etc. We often tend to misplace our frustration onto other people or even suppress the feelings all together; both are unhealthy coping methods.
I guess the best way to deal with frustration or stress in general is to remove yourself from a certain situation, take some deep breaths, relax and really think about the bigger picture.
It’s okay to feel frustrated from time to time. It’s a part of life. Just remember to deal with it effectively and not cause any external damages in other areas of your life.
Lastly, I want you to remember that life has a funny way of showing you what’s right for you and what’s wrong. Just stay patient, and calm and remember you are not alone in feeling this, as much as it may feel like you are at the time. The moment will pass and you’ll be fine.
